RELEASES YOUTH VIDIGALENSE (PORTUGAL)

(Poster Photos Tournament where I have put my)

The XVI International Tournament Youth Launch Vidigalense (Leiria, Portugal) promises to be one of the liveliest of all time, as will pitchers quoted in Spain, Cuba, Chile, Ireland and Portugal.

disk test with the highest level will have with pitchers like Frank Casañas, Lois Maikel, Manuel Florido, Pedro Cuesta, Jorge Filipe Grave and Vital e Silva. All of these pitchers with top marks at 57 feet, so expect a very interesting competition where they can leave good marks and where the record is sure to get the tournament which is held mia with 60.11 in 2007, which was my first 60 meters.

Besides these, also involve other athletes known as: Marco Fortes, Vania Silva, Natalia Duco, Isaac Vincent, Daniel Martinez, Nazareth Viesca and Maria José Gomez.

Two days of competitions, 24 and 25 July, where athletes live and compete as well as enjoy a good barbecue.

To follow the results can consult this page: http://www.juventudevidigalense.pt/ Here you can find the schedule, past winners and tournament records.

A greeting and I hope to give good news to the back.

3rd place in the CTO. OF SPAIN

This weekend was played in the Championships Avilés. Spain's Absolute. I've been 3rd place behind Mario Pestano and Frank Casañas. The mark (57.57 m) has not been too bad, if only I could do the first three releases in a position, since in the remaining three needles sticking me in the twins and I was afraid of going up and break and not be able to dispute the competitions I have. It was a shame not to be in the last three releases to 100% because I was well enough to throw away and I think it could have been much closer to the two in front.
say that in launched out of competition test a Cuban who did not for medals, but on television and on the results of the federation put him 3 and due to this the rest of us put a post further back than it really is. This has made many people be wrong with our result and those who have seen it on television because they have seen the wrong result, as for example in Teledeporte I placed 4 th and have been 3, but hey, what counts is that I regained the position it had lost the previous year and climb back to the podium has been to take strength to continue training and especially for the three competitions that I still can do a great brand. Here you

CTO. ALL OF SPAIN (Avilés) PRICK AND RESTING

This weekend is held in Avilés the Championships. Absolute of Spain where the best athletes of the moment will meet to get a position in the selection for the European Championships.
tests may see Teledeporte on Saturday and Sunday from 19:30 until 22:00.
I'm going with a very good level and I hope to demonstrate, although the court to throw Aviles is not good. Anyway, I'm looking forward and hope to get a good brand.

Leisure Time Swing Set Blueprints

Well, as the title says, earlier this week suffered a puncture in the left hamstring and is preventing me from throwing full, so I can only throw off. Anyway, I have a recovery good and I face the competition this weekend eager to do well, but I guess I will take a little more careful not to hurt me.
The competition will be Sunday at the International Meeting City of Andorra.
