a priest that I can guide "on the ground"

I have 26 years was not raised in a home Catholic so I have no sacrament. I want to be priest and help my community, but I have no money to meet the research that this entails. I'm from Bogota Colombia and I would like to know if I can make my vocation as a priest, and also know if there is any way to pay for my studies. Welcome
