In 2006 Rosa Galán my writer friend and I embarked on a creative work that almost became a challenge, at the same While a great pleasure: sharing the responsibility and, therefore, the intimate process that involves creative writing, signed a joint work with both hands.
Indeed, events took their course and when we wanted to realize we were stuck in the project. Rosa and I have known for some of our involvement in film. One day, in one of our conversations, she spoke of her criminology studies and practices in different prisons and the idea of \u200b\u200ba possible novel that had to do with these issues. Rosa had not yet published and initially thought I would write the novel and she put at my disposal the data necessary to develop the plot (about the life in prison, law, criminal behavior ...). I started building the history of Tana, the protagonist of the novel, with a very clear structure divided into four narratives that embrace four specific times of his life. Once he had written several chapters, the work between Rosa and I was so fluid that, without realizing it, we were writing separate chapters and then put them together, then build the "puzzle", the subsequent corrections, and when we wanted to realize, had written a novel together.
